The Practice Management Program has two levels of participation, so you can choose the one that works best for you:
One-On-One Coaching - This is the most hands-on option. It is designed around a step-by-step program, guided by one of Signator’s practice management consultants.
Do-It-Yourself - This option provides some of the resources of the one-on-one track, but without the interactive guidance from a practice management consultant or some of the other interactive features, such as periodic assessments or subject matter study groups. If you’re interested in learning more about improving your practice but don’t want to commit to a formal plan, this may be the option for you.
