At Signator, we strive to match our resources with our female advisors’ ambitions. The Signator Women Advisors Network provides opportunities and resources for business growth, recruits talent, and recognizes the women who are part of Signator’s present and future.
What We Offer
The network provides resources on sales strategies, working with female executives, and positioning oneself as the ‘advisor of choice’ in a particular market. Members share insights and strategies that they have utilized to grow their business.
In addition, the Signator Women Advisors Network assists with recruiting, supporting, and growing the next generation of women financial advisors by creating awareness of the financial planning career, sharing best practices on hiring and career development and creating mentor/mentee relationships. We have created a number of resources to help you recruit new advisors as well as best practices on ways you can build your team through bringing on client services support and associate advisors to your practice.
